Our villa is beautifully furnished and air conditioned and has a heated swimming pool and spa for that morning swim and for you family’s personal enjoyment there is a security fence to protect the young ones. A covered lanai on an extended pool deck includes a large table with seating for four plus extra chairs and provides shade from the hot sun and for your added enjoyment there are four loungers to relax on. We even supply separate large pool towels! In fact the house is fully equipped with towels/ linen/crockery/cutlery/glassware etc. Washer and dryer machines take care of all your laundry requirements.
A wonderful home to enjoy and relax in, after a day at Disney or at one of the many other attractions that are nearby.
This can be rented on its own or as part of 2 side by side homes (subject to availability) ask about rates for renting both.

The air conditioned games room is a gamer’s delight! Not only is there a foosball table, a pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts and 4 mountain bikes. We’ve now added the latest basketball game, It will keep the little (and big) kids amused for hours! We wouldn’t blame you if you never wanted to leave or go home!!

No stairs in this home and the front door has no steps to it. The walk-in double shower has a very small lip.

Emerald Island Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World’s main gate. It’s a 24 hour secure gated community that has a fantastic clubhouse which is located just inside the gates and is open daily.
Clubhouse Facilities
- Clubhouse is open daily.
- Heated Communal Pool and Spa (there is no lifeguard on duty so all children must be accompanied by a adult).
- Tiki Bar with snacks and sodas as well as music.
- Three Childrens play areas, the first is located at the clubhouse, the second is located at the junction of La Isla Drive and Lido Key Drive and the third is for guests staying in the phase 2 townhomes at the front of the community.
- Fitness room with running machines, exercise bikes, cross trainers and work out benches.
- Games Arcade, requires tokens which can be obtained from the change machine in the arcade room.
- Internet Cafe is Free for guests use.
- Nature Walks
- Basket Ball Court, there is a full size basket ball court next to the tennis courts.
- Tennis Courts, two full size floodlit courts, the courts are free of charge and you can hire equipment at a small fee.
