Toni’s Villa is located in the beautifully-kept, gated community of Tuscan Hills it has privacy while still being close to Disney and other major attractions.
This lovely, Mediterranean-style courtyard villa is single storey, with air conditioning providing a cool retreat. Outside, the property has its own oversized pool , with a shady lanai and comfortable seating. This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting.
At the front of the property is private parking for two vehicles. Close by is the community clubhouse with fitness suite and indoor children’s play area. The clubhouse also has an outside children’s play area as well as tennis court and volleyball court.
Supermarkets (Publix and Super Walmart), pharmacies (Walgreens), restaurants, bars, diners, petrol station and banking are all a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
Walt Disney World is only 8.1 miles away, approx. 20 minutes’ drive away, Universal Studios and the new Legoland are a 30 minutes drive, while Islands of Adventure, and Seaworld are no more than 30 minutes’ drive away. There are many golf courses nearby including Champions Gate and Southern Dunes.

Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in Davenport just off Highway 27 and only 15-20 minutes from Disney World, 30-35 minutes from Universal Orlando.
Tuscan Hills is a picturesque community that has a club house which is open to all residents and guests for the duration of their stay. There is an air conditioned gym, kids play area, tennis court and volley ball court. There is also an additional games room with fooseball, air hocky and pool table. For the adults their is a lounge area where you can sit back and relax. Snacks and drinks can be prepared in a small kitchen area of the club house.
