Bedrooms
Ground floor King Master suite has new carpet, new mattress, 32" flat screen, wall mounted TV, CD player/alarm clock. There is an adjoining closet for your clothes and luggage leading through to a huge en suite with lovely, deeo corner bath, spacious separate shower and his and hers sinks so you can get ready together. Upstairs we have a Queen Master suite with flat screen 52" TV, PS2, en suite with bath and shower, walk in dressing room 2 twin rooms both with 32"flat screen TV’s and PS2's, one twin room can be made en suite if required or the two twin bedded rooms can share the bathroom We regularly replace sheets, mattresses, mattress covers and pillows to ensure that everything feels new and fresh when you arrive. Our towels are fluffy and new. Our sheets are colourful and never bobbly!

Living Area
Living area leads through to family room with 60" TV with UK, USA and Canadian channels. You can watch all UK football matches, all the soaps - anything you want to watch on TV - you can do so! Leather sectional sofa in the family room and two sofas in the living area to relax on.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to cook anything from a boiled egg to a full roast meal. We have thought of everything and always ask if we are missing anything! American fridge freezer with ice maker. dish washer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, smoothy maker, plastic crockery for use on the lanai, ample saucepans, frying pans, bowls, glasses etc ....everything you could need is there for you.

Our lovely pool is south facing with 6 loungers and a table and chairs to seat 4 if you would like to eat outside under the lanai in the shade. The pool is secluded as we overlook a pine forest so you have complete privacy. Pool towels and Barbeque are provided.

We have internet throughout the villa. We also provide a computer upstairs in the 'loft' area.

We have lots of baby equipment from cot to high chair and car seats. We have plastic crockery for youngsters and for outside eating.

Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in Davenport just off Highway 27 and only 15-20 minutes from Disney World, 30-35 minutes from Universal Orlando.
Tuscan Hills is a picturesque community that has a club house which is open to all residents and guests for the duration of their stay. There is an air conditioned gym, kids play area, tennis court and volley ball court. There is also an additional games room with fooseball, air hocky and pool table. For the adults their is a lounge area where you can sit back and relax. Snacks and drinks can be prepared in a small kitchen area of the club house.
